It is apt to give birth to a baby boy if the husband holds an easy job: statistics have shown that if the husband is a professional driver, pilot, anaesthetist or deep sea diver, the probability of giving birth to a baby girl is very high. The bigger husband's working pressure, the greater the probability of giving birth to a baby girl. This is because the Y chromosome with more fragile vitality will die at the earlier stage if the husband's testes are influenced by the strong changes in the atmospheric pressure, temperature or water pressure or he inhales excessive poisonous anesthetic gas or comes under working pressure, resulting in a much bigger chance to have a baby girl. 

The alkaline factor contributes to the birth of a baby boy: the moving speed of sperms with X and those with Y chromosome differs in environments of different PH values: the vitality of the sperms with Y chromosome is stronger in the alkaline environment, but those with X chromosome is more active in the acid environment. So, if a couple hope to have a girl, they can use a small amount of clean warm water to dilute the acetic acid and then rinse the vagina of the wife with the solution to make the vagina to be acidic. Vice versa, they will have a baby boy. 

It is apt to give birth to a baby boy if the woman gets impregnated during an orgasm: the vagina of normal women is strongly acidic, however, the seminal fluid is alkaline; when a woman experiences an orgasm, her vagina's alkalinity is strengthened, more suitable for the growth of sperms with Y chromosome. So, those who hope to have a baby boy should try their best to create an orgasm to increase the chance of strengthening the alkalinity of the vagina.

What merits emphasis is that the most wonderful phenomenon during the course of mankind's propagation is the balance between males and females in the population. It is really not necessary to break it intentionally.
